Returns & Refunds

Refund policy

1. Introduction

This policy explains how Injectable Supplies Ltd handles return requests, faulty products, damaged deliveries and refunds.

Our products include needles, syringes and related consumables, some of which may be sterile or intended for single use. Product integrity and safety are therefore important considerations.

This policy must be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and applicable New Zealand law.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, excess quantities or products that are no longer required.

Customers should carefully check product descriptions, dimensions, specifications and quantities before completing an order.

This policy does not override any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive products that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.

Please provide:

Your order number.

Product name and quantity.

A description of the issue.

Photographs, where relevant.

Batch or lot details, where available.

We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, a remedy may include a replacement, refund or another legally available remedy.

4. Product Integrity and Hygiene

Products must not be returned without contacting us for instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Opened, used, contaminated, tampered-with or improperly stored products may not be suitable for return to saleable inventory.

Where a product is potentially unsafe or defective, we will assess the matter separately and provide appropriate instructions.

Product integrity requirements do not remove any statutory remedies available for faulty or non-compliant products.

5. Return Authorisation

If a return is appropriate, we will provide instructions concerning:

The return address.

Packaging requirements.

Shipping arrangements.

Any necessary documentation.

Whether the product should be retained pending further instructions.

Do not send potentially contaminated or unsafe products back without appropriate instructions.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return, the applicable legal requirements and any agreement with us.

Where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will not impose a return-cost arrangement that unlawfully limits your remedies.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, unless another arrangement is agreed.

Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.

We will advise you if additional information is required to assess a claim.

8. Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order should be made as soon as possible.

Before acceptance, an order may be cancelled where permitted by our ordering process.

After acceptance or dispatch, cancellation is subject to our agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this section removes any cancellation right or other remedy provided by law.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law.

Professional account approval does not automatically mean that a customer has no consumer rights.
